Our story goes back over 16 years ago, when it all started with a coffee roaster. Opening our first establishment as a couple, Ricardo and Jessica Sarinana opened a sit down location on Ramsey Rd. Many called it the red shack...

Menu
Our menu is composed of delicious, fresh, high quality ingredients. All of our dishes are made in house. Our sauces, marinades and dressings are made from scratch as well.
DATE NIGHT Dinners
On the last Sunday of each month we travel to a different country offering everything from the appetizer to the desert from that destination. Come bring that special person and travel the world one plate at a time.

August 24, 2024We went by earlier today, with the intent to dine in. The parking lot was full front and back lots. We left and ordered from doordash. Our breakfast sandwiches were great; I especially recommend the Egg-Strami. We have always enjoyed the food here, and we are glad to see them doing so well.

Great place to sit and relax. I haven’t had a bad meal yet. The cocktails are well crafted and interesting. Lyndsey will make sure you’re well taken care of. She is a bright and wonderful addition to the already excellent staff.

March 17, 2025I can’t seem to remember my servers name but she was great! Food and drinks were delicious per usual. I’ve been coming to this location when they were just a coffee shop now turned bistro. It’s been wonderful seeing this place bloom. And lastly lyndsey (with the brow piercing) was phenomenal helping me check out and showing me all the different pastries. Every time I come in I never regret it!

Great quirky, comfortable cafe. Normally wouldn’t recommend ordering fish in the desert, but the fish tacos were perfectly cooked and sauced. Easily the best no-questions-asked wine list in Sierra Vista. Relaxed service, with super friendly staff. Amanda could not have been sweeter.
