Our story goes back over 16 years ago, when it all started with a coffee roaster. Opening our first establishment as a couple, Ricardo and Jessica Sarinana opened a sit down location on Ramsey Rd. Many called it the red shack...

Menu
Our menu is composed of delicious, fresh, high quality ingredients. All of our dishes are made in house. Our sauces, marinades and dressings are made from scratch as well.
DATE NIGHT Dinners
On the last Sunday of each month we travel to a different country offering everything from the appetizer to the desert from that destination. Come bring that special person and travel the world one plate at a time.

If you notice this cute bistro from the Highway please stop u won’t be disappointed super adorable, good food and our server was amazing! Big construction trucks on site for my son to play with and my little girl loved running u see the patio lights.

September 24, 2024I can’t seem to remember my servers name but she was great! Food and drinks were delicious per usual. I’ve been coming to this location when they were just a coffee shop now turned bistro. It’s been wonderful seeing this place bloom. And lastly lyndsey (with the brow piercing) was phenomenal helping me check out and showing me all the different pastries. Every time I come in I never regret it!
