Our story goes back over 16 years ago, when it all started with a coffee roaster. Opening our first establishment as a couple, Ricardo and Jessica Sarinana opened a sit down location on Ramsey Rd. Many called it the red shack...

Our menu is composed of delicious, fresh, high quality ingredients. All of our dishes are made in house. Our sauces, marinades and dressings are made from scratch as well.
DATE NIGHT Dinners
On the last Sunday of each month we travel to a different country offering everything from the appetizer to the desert from that destination. Come bring that special person and travel the world one plate at a time.

It was like walking into Disney land for coffee. The atmosphere and food was a touch of heavens light. Michelle, the number one server in North America, made me a custom coffee of her choice, macadamia nut and I must advise everyone to experience this flavorful adventure

August 24, 2024Came for lunch with a friend and the food/service was impeccable. I can’t remember the name of the burger but it was cooked perfectly. There was a lot of tables but not enough servers so the hostess Lyndsey served us. She did a phenomenal job. Will definitely come back.

March 10, 2025Chef Hudson’s soups are outstanding. Had the Garden Chicken Noodle today and the Drunken Mushroom prior visit. Flavors are rich and deep! Amanda gave us great service with a smile! Good choices on the menu with some vegetarian/vegan options and gluten free bread for sandwiches. Breakfast all day! Great atmosphere! Highly recommend this establishment! Vegetarian options: A few veg/vegan options!

All of the servers are wonderful! I particularly want to point out Lindsey, who greets the customers when they come in and checks them out. She makes you feel valued and well taken care of, and you know with sincerity that you and your experience are important to her!

January 24, 2025Excellent quality coffee and food, also the last Sunday of each month for dinner service, 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM they do a different country/regional 3 course meal, highly recommend. Staff is always friendly and super attentive.

I finally found an inviting atmosphere with amazing food and a quiet place to work on school work and just talk to friends. Our waitress Kris was a delight! I’ve been 3 times now and I would definitely recommend coming!!

October 24, 2024This place is so cute! The vibes are just amazing, the food and drinks are so flavorful! My friends and I come here to have a sip while we do homework, or even just play board games. I love coming here when I’m in town, and can’t wait to be back! And try the hummus, it really surprised me how amazing it was! Parking: Very small parking lot for the establishment

February 24, 2025Absolutely amazing experience all around, Amanda our waitress was so helpful and accommodating, letting us move outside after already being seated and she had fantastic recommendations off the menu! The Mimosa flight is to die for, as well as the bruschetta! The Pesto pasta and truffle fries are also amazing- Chef Hudson is so friendly and knows exactly what he’s doing, don’t question it, just go here! Urbano is by far the best restaurant in Sierra Vista
