Our story goes back over 16 years ago, when it all started with a coffee roaster. Opening our first establishment as a couple, Ricardo and Jessica Sarinana opened a sit down location on Ramsey Rd. Many called it the red shack...

Menu
Our menu is composed of delicious, fresh, high quality ingredients. All of our dishes are made in house. Our sauces, marinades and dressings are made from scratch as well.
DATE NIGHT Dinners
On the last Sunday of each month we travel to a different country offering everything from the appetizer to the desert from that destination. Come bring that special person and travel the world one plate at a time.

I can’t seem to remember my servers name but she was great! Food and drinks were delicious per usual. I’ve been coming to this location when they were just a coffee shop now turned bistro. It’s been wonderful seeing this place bloom. And lastly lyndsey (with the brow piercing) was phenomenal helping me check out and showing me all the different pastries. Every time I come in I never regret it!

Great quirky, comfortable cafe. Normally wouldn’t recommend ordering fish in the desert, but the fish tacos were perfectly cooked and sauced. Easily the best no-questions-asked wine list in Sierra Vista. Relaxed service, with super friendly staff. Amanda could not have been sweeter.

July 24, 2024This place is an absolute hidden GEM in this area. My girlfriends and I were looking for a place with amazing drinks, food, and service and found it! We sat outside under the gondola and it was such a perfect vibe. We ordered the wine flights and just told the waiter “I like dry reds, she likes white, and she likes sweet reds” and to just pick for us. The waitress did amazing and brought us the perfect flights for each of us. The bruschetta and truffle fries were delicious and we all had fantastic fish tacos. The owners came over to greet us and asked how everything was. They’re amazing. We will definitely be back! 5 stars! Dietary restrictions: Lots of options for all! Kid-friendliness: Super cute outdoor area for kids to roam if they need to.

The bacon Gouda Mac & cheese with green onion and tomato special is absolutely amazing! We’ve been coming here for years and never been anything but impressed.

August 24, 2024This place is so cute! The vibes are just amazing, the food and drinks are so flavorful! My friends and I come here to have a sip while we do homework, or even just play board games. I love coming here when I’m in town, and can’t wait to be back! And try the hummus, it really surprised me how amazing it was! Parking: Very small parking lot for the establishment

February 24, 2025Chef Hudson’s soups are outstanding. Had the Garden Chicken Noodle today and the Drunken Mushroom prior visit. Flavors are rich and deep! Amanda gave us great service with a smile! Good choices on the menu with some vegetarian/vegan options and gluten free bread for sandwiches. Breakfast all day! Great atmosphere! Highly recommend this establishment! Vegetarian options: A few veg/vegan options!
