Our story goes back over 16 years ago, when it all started with a coffee roaster. Opening our first establishment as a couple, Ricardo and Jessica Sarinana opened a sit down location on Ramsey Rd. Many called it the red shack...

Menu
Our menu is composed of delicious, fresh, high quality ingredients. All of our dishes are made in house. Our sauces, marinades and dressings are made from scratch as well.
DATE NIGHT Dinners
On the last Sunday of each month we travel to a different country offering everything from the appetizer to the desert from that destination. Come bring that special person and travel the world one plate at a time.

September 24, 2024Chef Hudson’s soups are outstanding. Had the Garden Chicken Noodle today and the Drunken Mushroom prior visit. Flavors are rich and deep! Amanda gave us great service with a smile! Good choices on the menu with some vegetarian/vegan options and gluten free bread for sandwiches. Breakfast all day! Great atmosphere! Highly recommend this establishment! Vegetarian options: A few veg/vegan options!

Excellent quality coffee and food, also the last Sunday of each month for dinner service, 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM they do a different country/regional 3 course meal, highly recommend. Staff is always friendly and super attentive.

February 24, 2025It was like walking into Disney land for coffee. The atmosphere and food was a touch of heavens light. Michelle, the number one server in North America, made me a custom coffee of her choice, macadamia nut and I must advise everyone to experience this flavorful adventure

Welcome back, happy to see you’ve upped your game. Both good and atmosphere was very nice. Sierra Vista finally has a place to dine with tablecloths, candles, low lights and music . Ir was perfect . Ky was an excellent waitress !

January 24, 2025We went by earlier today, with the intent to dine in. The parking lot was full front and back lots. We left and ordered from doordash. Our breakfast sandwiches were great; I especially recommend the Egg-Strami. We have always enjoyed the food here, and we are glad to see them doing so well.

February 24, 2025Visiting town for a friend and she showed me this lovely place. I love the vibes of the place. Im a lover of board games and they have some in the back along with books which was a wonderful touch. The staff is also amazing as well as good food. Chefs kiss for the spinach artichoke dip!
