Our story goes back over 16 years ago, when it all started with a coffee roaster. Opening our first establishment as a couple, Ricardo and Jessica Sarinana opened a sit down location on Ramsey Rd. Many called it the red shack...

Menu
Our menu is composed of delicious, fresh, high quality ingredients. All of our dishes are made in house. Our sauces, marinades and dressings are made from scratch as well.
DATE NIGHT Dinners
On the last Sunday of each month we travel to a different country offering everything from the appetizer to the desert from that destination. Come bring that special person and travel the world one plate at a time.

Excellent quality coffee and food, also the last Sunday of each month for dinner service, 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM they do a different country/regional 3 course meal, highly recommend. Staff is always friendly and super attentive.

December 24, 2024Came for lunch with a friend and the food/service was impeccable. I can’t remember the name of the burger but it was cooked perfectly. There was a lot of tables but not enough servers so the hostess Lyndsey served us. She did a phenomenal job. Will definitely come back.

The best food I’ve had in Sierra Vista! Chef Hudson’s passion for his cooking shows in every dish we had! We tried 9 dishes/appetizers and they were all phenomenal! Amanda’s service and connection to her guests was superb. Will be coming back! Dietary restrictions: They have a ton of options for vegan and keto!!

August 24, 2024It was like walking into Disney land for coffee. The atmosphere and food was a touch of heavens light. Michelle, the number one server in North America, made me a custom coffee of her choice, macadamia nut and I must advise everyone to experience this flavorful adventure

My mother and I thoroughly enjoyed my our waitress (Grace) whom provided great service the entire time! Let’s discuss the food!! WHOW!!!!!! The food was delicious. My mother and I felt a taste of heaven every time we nibbled on our entree. We ordered the Breakfast platter & let me tell you…you will not be disappointed. The portions were of a great size along with their coffee serving size. We cannot wait to visit this place before we head back home! Thank you for the phenomenal service, delicious food, and a great vibe!!!

Big menu of familiar looking foods, but everything is on another level. Hard to explain the execution of the dishes. Wonderful flavors. Breakfast foods, sandwiches, coffees- everything has been quite an experience. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Very nice and approachable staff.

November 24, 2024I finally found an inviting atmosphere with amazing food and a quiet place to work on school work and just talk to friends. Our waitress Kris was a delight! I’ve been 3 times now and I would definitely recommend coming!!
