Our story goes back over 16 years ago, when it all started with a coffee roaster. Opening our first establishment as a couple, Ricardo and Jessica Sarinana opened a sit down location on Ramsey Rd. Many called it the red shack...

Our menu is composed of delicious, fresh, high quality ingredients. All of our dishes are made in house. Our sauces, marinades and dressings are made from scratch as well.
DATE NIGHT Dinners
On the last Sunday of each month we travel to a different country offering everything from the appetizer to the desert from that destination. Come bring that special person and travel the world one plate at a time.

March 17, 2025So happy I found Urbano for a late solo lunch in Sierra Vista. The atmosphere was unique and original. I felt welcomed and comfortable on my own, but would have with a group or family as well. The service was very good. There were so many inviting choices. It was hard to decide, but I settled on a good-sized, very fresh salad. I enjoyed the salad. It was satisfying and filling. My coffee drink was good too.

Chef Hudson’s soups are outstanding. Had the Garden Chicken Noodle today and the Drunken Mushroom prior visit. Flavors are rich and deep! Amanda gave us great service with a smile! Good choices on the menu with some vegetarian/vegan options and gluten free bread for sandwiches. Breakfast all day! Great atmosphere! Highly recommend this establishment! Vegetarian options: A few veg/vegan options!

January 24, 2025Visiting town for a friend and she showed me this lovely place. I love the vibes of the place. Im a lover of board games and they have some in the back along with books which was a wonderful touch. The staff is also amazing as well as good food. Chefs kiss for the spinach artichoke dip!

Welcome back, happy to see you’ve upped your game. Both good and atmosphere was very nice. Sierra Vista finally has a place to dine with tablecloths, candles, low lights and music . Ir was perfect . Ky was an excellent waitress !
