Our story goes back over 16 years ago, when it all started with a coffee roaster. Opening our first establishment as a couple, Ricardo and Jessica Sarinana opened a sit down location on Ramsey Rd. Many called it the red shack...

Menu
Our menu is composed of delicious, fresh, high quality ingredients. All of our dishes are made in house. Our sauces, marinades and dressings are made from scratch as well.
DATE NIGHT Dinners
On the last Sunday of each month we travel to a different country offering everything from the appetizer to the desert from that destination. Come bring that special person and travel the world one plate at a time.

October 24, 2024Excellent quality coffee and food, also the last Sunday of each month for dinner service, 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM they do a different country/regional 3 course meal, highly recommend. Staff is always friendly and super attentive.

February 24, 2025I recently attended my daughter-in-law’s 40th Birthday party here. We had the whole place to ourselves. The decorations literally took my breath away when I first walked in the door. It looked like a magical garden. Just beautiful! A lot of effort and attention to detail was put into it by Urbano’s staff. The food was excellent. The drinks were very good. The staff was very attentive. I highly recommend this bar and bistro! I’ve been here previously for coffee and breakfast. I love the fact that you can get anything from coffee to a martini! I had great experiences each time!

Absolutely amazing experience all around, Amanda our waitress was so helpful and accommodating, letting us move outside after already being seated and she had fantastic recommendations off the menu! The Mimosa flight is to die for, as well as the bruschetta! The Pesto pasta and truffle fries are also amazing- Chef Hudson is so friendly and knows exactly what he’s doing, don’t question it, just go here! Urbano is by far the best restaurant in Sierra Vista

August 24, 2024Big menu of familiar looking foods, but everything is on another level. Hard to explain the execution of the dishes. Wonderful flavors. Breakfast foods, sandwiches, coffees- everything has been quite an experience. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Very nice and approachable staff.

November 24, 2024All of the servers are wonderful! I particularly want to point out Lindsey, who greets the customers when they come in and checks them out. She makes you feel valued and well taken care of, and you know with sincerity that you and your experience are important to her!

The best food I’ve had in Sierra Vista! Chef Hudson’s passion for his cooking shows in every dish we had! We tried 9 dishes/appetizers and they were all phenomenal! Amanda’s service and connection to her guests was superb. Will be coming back! Dietary restrictions: They have a ton of options for vegan and keto!!

August 24, 2024Amanda was such an accommodating server! I am visiting from Maine and asked if they were able to make a mudslide and she made it happen and had Michelle at the bar make a mudslide just like I do at home. Great service!! Will be recommending to everyone.

January 24, 2025This place is an absolute hidden GEM in this area. My girlfriends and I were looking for a place with amazing drinks, food, and service and found it! We sat outside under the gondola and it was such a perfect vibe. We ordered the wine flights and just told the waiter “I like dry reds, she likes white, and she likes sweet reds” and to just pick for us. The waitress did amazing and brought us the perfect flights for each of us. The bruschetta and truffle fries were delicious and we all had fantastic fish tacos. The owners came over to greet us and asked how everything was. They’re amazing. We will definitely be back! 5 stars! Dietary restrictions: Lots of options for all! Kid-friendliness: Super cute outdoor area for kids to roam if they need to.
