Our story goes back over 16 years ago, when it all started with a coffee roaster. Opening our first establishment as a couple, Ricardo and Jessica Sarinana opened a sit down location on Ramsey Rd. Many called it the red shack...

Menu
Our menu is composed of delicious, fresh, high quality ingredients. All of our dishes are made in house. Our sauces, marinades and dressings are made from scratch as well.
DATE NIGHT Dinners
On the last Sunday of each month we travel to a different country offering everything from the appetizer to the desert from that destination. Come bring that special person and travel the world one plate at a time.

The best food I’ve had in Sierra Vista! Chef Hudson’s passion for his cooking shows in every dish we had! We tried 9 dishes/appetizers and they were all phenomenal! August 24, 2024I can’t seem to remember my servers name but she was great! Food and drinks were delicious per usual. I’ve been coming to this location when they were just a coffee shop now turned bistro. It’s been wonderful seeing this place bloom. And lastly lyndsey (with the brow piercing) was phenomenal helping me check out and showing me all the different pastries. Every time I come in I never regret it!

March 10, 2025I recently attended my daughter-in-law’s 40th Birthday party here. We had the whole place to ourselves. The decorations literally took my breath away when I first walked in the door. It looked like a magical garden. Just beautiful! A lot of effort and attention to detail was put into it by Urbano’s staff. The food was excellent. The drinks were very good. The staff was very attentive. I highly recommend this bar and bistro! I’ve been here previously for coffee and breakfast. I love the fact that you can get anything from coffee to a martini! I had great experiences each time!

August 24, 2024Came for lunch with a friend and the food/service was impeccable. I can’t remember the name of the burger but it was cooked perfectly. There was a lot of tables but not enough servers so the hostess Lyndsey served us. She did a phenomenal job. Will definitely come back.

Chef Hudson’s soups are outstanding. Had the Garden Chicken Noodle today and the Drunken Mushroom prior visit. Flavors are rich and deep! Amanda gave us great service with a smile! Good choices on the menu with some vegetarian/vegan options and gluten free bread for sandwiches. Breakfast all day! Great atmosphere! Highly recommend this establishment! Vegetarian options: A few veg/vegan options!

August 24, 2024This place is an absolute hidden GEM in this area. My girlfriends and I were looking for a place with amazing drinks, food, and service and found it! We sat outside under the gondola and it was such a perfect vibe. We ordered the wine flights and just told the waiter “I like dry reds, she likes white, and she likes sweet reds” and to just pick for us. The waitress did amazing and brought us the perfect flights for each of us. The bruschetta and truffle fries were delicious and we all had fantastic fish tacos. The owners came over to greet us and asked how everything was. They’re amazing. We will definitely be back! 5 stars! Dietary restrictions: Lots of options for all! Kid-friendliness: Super cute outdoor area for kids to roam if they need to.
