Our story goes back over 16 years ago, when it all started with a coffee roaster. Opening our first establishment as a couple, Ricardo and Jessica Sarinana opened a sit down location on Ramsey Rd. Many called it the red shack...

Our menu is composed of delicious, fresh, high quality ingredients. All of our dishes are made in house. Our sauces, marinades and dressings are made from scratch as well.
DATE NIGHT Dinners
On the last Sunday of each month we travel to a different country offering everything from the appetizer to the desert from that destination. Come bring that special person and travel the world one plate at a time.

OMGGGGG!!! This amazing restaurant was a great way to start my visit in the area! My mother and I thoroughly enjoyed my our waitress (Grace) whom provided great service the entire time! Let’s discuss the food!! WHOW!!!!!! The food was delicious. My mother and I felt a taste of heaven every time we nibbled on our entree. We ordered the Breakfast platter & let me tell you…you will not be disappointed. The portions were of a great size along with their coffee serving size. We cannot wait to visit this place before we head back home! Thank you for the phenomenal service, delicious food, and a great vibe!!!

March 10, 2025Came for lunch with a friend and the food/service was impeccable. I can’t remember the name of the burger but it was cooked perfectly. There was a lot of tables but not enough servers so the hostess Lyndsey served us. She did a phenomenal job. Will definitely come back.

This place is an absolute hidden GEM in this area. My girlfriends and I were looking for a place with amazing drinks, food, and service and found it! We sat outside under the gondola and it was such a perfect vibe. We ordered the wine flights and just told the waiter “I like dry reds, she likes white, and she likes sweet reds” and to just pick for us. The waitress did amazing and brought us the perfect flights for each of us. The bruschetta and truffle fries were delicious and we all had fantastic fish tacos. The owners came over to greet us and asked how everything was. They’re amazing. We will definitely be back! 5 stars! Dietary restrictions: Lots of options for all! Kid-friendliness: Super cute outdoor area for kids to roam if they need to.

March 10, 2025Absolutely amazing experience all around, Amanda our waitress was so helpful and accommodating, letting us move outside after already being seated and she had fantastic recommendations off the menu! The Mimosa flight is to die for, as well as the bruschetta! The Pesto pasta and truffle fries are also amazing- Chef Hudson is so friendly and knows exactly what he’s doing, don’t question it, just go here! Urbano is by far the best restaurant in Sierra Vista

October 24, 2024I finally found an inviting atmosphere with amazing food and a quiet place to work on school work and just talk to friends. Our waitress Kris was a delight! I’ve been 3 times now and I would definitely recommend coming!!

October 24, 2024Chef Hudson’s soups are outstanding. Had the Garden Chicken Noodle today and the Drunken Mushroom prior visit. Flavors are rich and deep! Amanda gave us great service with a smile! Good choices on the menu with some vegetarian/vegan options and gluten free bread for sandwiches. Breakfast all day! Great atmosphere! Highly recommend this establishment! Vegetarian options: A few veg/vegan options!
