Our story goes back over 16 years ago, when it all started with a coffee roaster. Opening our first establishment as a couple, Ricardo and Jessica Sarinana opened a sit down location on Ramsey Rd. Many called it the red shack...

Our menu is composed of delicious, fresh, high quality ingredients. All of our dishes are made in house. Our sauces, marinades and dressings are made from scratch as well.
DATE NIGHT Dinners
On the last Sunday of each month we travel to a different country offering everything from the appetizer to the desert from that destination. Come bring that special person and travel the world one plate at a time.

This place is an absolute hidden GEM in this area. My girlfriends and I were looking for a place with amazing drinks, food, and service and found it! We sat outside under the gondola and it was such a perfect vibe. We ordered the wine flights and just told the waiter “I like dry reds, she likes white, and she likes sweet reds” and to just pick for us. The waitress did amazing and brought us the perfect flights for each of us. The bruschetta and truffle fries were delicious and we all had fantastic fish tacos. The owners came over to greet us and asked how everything was. They’re amazing. We will definitely be back! 5 stars! Dietary restrictions: Lots of options for all! Kid-friendliness: Super cute outdoor area for kids to roam if they need to.

January 24, 2025The atmosphere is so cool and unique, such a warm and welcoming environment. Our server, Amanda, was so sweet, personable, and went above and beyond for us. I had an espresso martini (one of the best ever!!) and bruchetta to start. The bruchetta was perfect!! Balanced and so much flavor! Perfect for our family to share. I had the Kung Pow Wow and it literally was one of the best dishes I have ever had in my life!!! The waterchestnuts are much appreciated! Easily one of my new favorite restaurants! No pictures because everything was devoured.

August 24, 2024Welcome back, happy to see you’ve upped your game. Both good and atmosphere was very nice. Sierra Vista finally has a place to dine with tablecloths, candles, low lights and music . Ir was perfect . Ky was an excellent waitress !

We went by earlier today, with the intent to dine in. The parking lot was full front and back lots. We left and ordered from doordash. Our breakfast sandwiches were great; I especially recommend the Egg-Strami. We have always enjoyed the food here, and we are glad to see them doing so well.

March 10, 2025Urbanos has a good variety of dishes, pleasant staff and a great atmosphere for dining. They offer a lot of wine selections for purchase, as well as easy desert options. Overall a great local dining option!
