Our story goes back over 16 years ago, when it all started with a coffee roaster. Opening our first establishment as a couple, Ricardo and Jessica Sarinana opened a sit down location on Ramsey Rd. Many called it the red shack...

Menu
Our menu is composed of delicious, fresh, high quality ingredients. All of our dishes are made in house. Our sauces, marinades and dressings are made from scratch as well.
DATE NIGHT Dinners
On the last Sunday of each month we travel to a different country offering everything from the appetizer to the desert from that destination. Come bring that special person and travel the world one plate at a time.

I recently attended my daughter-in-law’s 40th Birthday party here. We had the whole place to ourselves. The decorations literally took my breath away when I first walked in the door. It looked like a magical garden. Just beautiful! A lot of effort and attention to detail was put into it by Urbano’s staff. The food was excellent. The drinks were very good. The staff was very attentive. I highly recommend this bar and bistro! I’ve been here previously for coffee and breakfast. I love the fact that you can get anything from coffee to a martini! I had great experiences each time!

July 24, 2024Visiting town for a friend and she showed me this lovely place. I love the vibes of the place. Im a lover of board games and they have some in the back along with books which was a wonderful touch. The staff is also amazing as well as good food. Chefs kiss for the spinach artichoke dip!

December 24, 2024Highly Highly recommend!! Not only was our waitress Amanda absolutely stellar but the food was equally matched! Everything from the drinks to atmosphere is worth it here! Fridays are a military discount, thursdays and 7-9 thur-sat are happy hours!

I can’t seem to remember my servers name but she was great! Food and drinks were delicious per usual. I’ve been coming to this location when they were just a coffee shop now turned bistro. It’s been wonderful seeing this place bloom. And lastly lyndsey (with the brow piercing) was phenomenal helping me check out and showing me all the different pastries. Every time I come in I never regret it!

March 10, 2025Absolutely amazing experience all around, Amanda our waitress was so helpful and accommodating, letting us move outside after already being seated and she had fantastic recommendations off the menu! The Mimosa flight is to die for, as well as the bruschetta! The Pesto pasta and truffle fries are also amazing- Chef Hudson is so friendly and knows exactly what he’s doing, don’t question it, just go here! Urbano is by far the best restaurant in Sierra Vista

August 24, 2024Excellent quality coffee and food, also the last Sunday of each month for dinner service, 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM they do a different country/regional 3 course meal, highly recommend. Staff is always friendly and super attentive.

The best food I’ve had in Sierra Vista! Chef Hudson’s passion for his cooking shows in every dish we had! We tried 9 dishes/appetizers and they were all phenomenal! Amanda’s service and connection to her guests was superb. Will be coming back! Dietary restrictions: They have a ton of options for vegan and keto!!

March 10, 2025Great quirky, comfortable cafe. Normally wouldn’t recommend ordering fish in the desert, but the fish tacos were perfectly cooked and sauced. Easily the best no-questions-asked wine list in Sierra Vista. Relaxed service, with super friendly staff. Amanda could not have been sweeter.
