Our story goes back over 16 years ago, when it all started with a coffee roaster. Opening our first establishment as a couple, Ricardo and Jessica Sarinana opened a sit down location on Ramsey Rd. Many called it the red shack...

Our menu is composed of delicious, fresh, high quality ingredients. All of our dishes are made in house. Our sauces, marinades and dressings are made from scratch as well.
DATE NIGHT Dinners
On the last Sunday of each month we travel to a different country offering everything from the appetizer to the desert from that destination. Come bring that special person and travel the world one plate at a time.

Visiting town for a friend and she showed me this lovely place. I love the vibes of the place. Im a lover of board games and they have some in the back along with books which was a wonderful touch. The staff is also amazing as well as good food. Chefs kiss for the spinach artichoke dip!

My mother and I thoroughly enjoyed my our waitress (Grace) whom provided great service the entire time! Let’s discuss the food!! WHOW!!!!!! The food was delicious. My mother and I felt a taste of heaven every time we nibbled on our entree. We ordered the Breakfast platter & let me tell you…you will not be disappointed. The portions were of a great size along with their coffee serving size. We cannot wait to visit this place before we head back home! Thank you for the phenomenal service, delicious food, and a great vibe!!!

Best coffee! We live in Santa Fe and order all our coffee beans from them. This is the first time we visited the restaurant. Great service, family owned.

March 10, 2025It was like walking into Disney land for coffee. The atmosphere and food was a touch of heavens light. Michelle, the number one server in North America, made me a custom coffee of her choice, macadamia nut and I must advise everyone to experience this flavorful adventure

August 24, 2024We went by earlier today, with the intent to dine in. The parking lot was full front and back lots. We left and ordered from doordash. Our breakfast sandwiches were great; I especially recommend the Egg-Strami. We have always enjoyed the food here, and we are glad to see them doing so well.

We ate outside on the patio. It was so cute! The food was incredible – very delicious. Our server, Michelle, was amazing – she anticipated all our needs. This is our new favorite place!

March 17, 2025This place is so cute! The vibes are just amazing, the food and drinks are so flavorful! My friends and I come here to have a sip while we do homework, or even just play board games. I love coming here when I’m in town, and can’t wait to be back! And try the hummus, it really surprised me how amazing it was! Parking: Very small parking lot for the establishment
